Not a good Fitbit Fitness week for me, but I did well given the circumstances. I had a great workout on Monday, but it definitely went ‘downhill’ from there. I somehow created an issue with my back and I just can’t seem to shake it. I made sure to walk as often as I could, but let’s just face it; it was painful. It’s still painful.
I’ve tried the muscle relaxer, liniment, back creams, heating pads, lying flat….you name it, I’ve tried it! I feel somewhat better today, but I’m still not in tip top shape.
What are your remedies for back pain? I sure would like to know….
